Much like the results of a GoogleTM search, Contact Network's ERM solution lists colleagues who have relationships with a target individual or company according to strength. ContactNet 5.0 uses 37 distinct variables to rank and score relationship strength. Colleagues with the strongest relationships appear at the top of the results list.
Produce more comprehensive results by analyzing additional data sources
On the back-end, ContactNet analyzes data from email applications such as Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino. Version 5.0 analyzes several additional data sources, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, NetSuite CRM+, InterAction from LexisNexis Interface Software, Oracle's Siebel CRM, Elite Enterprise from Thompson Elite, Pivotal CRM, Apex IT CRM, and SalesLogix CRM.
Gain better access by integrating with existing business applications
Users can access ContactNet 5.0 directly from their firm's intranet and portal, and CRM and Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems. The application can also be accessed through a Blackberry TM or other handheld device.
Search for relationships within a pinpoint geographic area
ContactNet 5.0 includes pinpoint geographic search, which enables users to search for relationships by location within the radius of a target city including multiple states. For example, users can search for relationships within 20 miles from New York or Baltimore, which is helpful for arranging a full day of meetings and event marketing.
Customize privacy to suit the needs of complex businesses
The advanced privacy configuration settings in ContactNet 5.0 enable restrictions at the individual, group, and corporate level to control the access of specific departments and/or industry groups.
